Howdy,
I picked up a full case at a local game store that just opened up here in town. Great figures in the case, but I have a total of four figures that were damaged when I opened it up. Is there a way to get replacements for them? I can provide pictures if needed and the feedback is appreciated.

There's a step-by-step guide here, but I don't believe that they've added WotR to the dropdown list yet. It's usually a month or so after release that they get around to it, unless they've sped up the process recently.
You might be able to exchange them at the Gamestore (although perhaps not figure-by-figure). Wizkids' replacement process sounds like something that would benefit from being centralised and an FLGS would be a good way to do that, imo.
