NPC Codex 2?

Product Discussion

I just got my hands on the NPC Codex and I love it. I love skimming through the pages and reading up on different NPCs and such and just feeling inspired for my own NPCs in my games or feel the need to build off of one already in the book. My main question is if there's any plans for an NPC Codex 2 where they include the classes that have emerged since the core book as well as the new iconics. I would probably buy it in a heartbeat for the inspiration alone.

There is generally a opponent book released in the fourth quarter. As of now the book for 2014 isn't announced. There's probably a decent chance that it will be a NPC Codex 2, but we're not certain as of now.

There is a Inner Sea NPC Codex

Oooooo. I may need to save my money to get that.

That Inner Sea book is great and all... but I still think that a 2nd Codex would be a nice product to have. It could be presenting alchemists, cavaliers, inquisitors, oracles, summoners, witches, magi, gunslingers, samurais and ninjas, as well as battle heralds, holy vindicators, horizon walkers, master chymists, master spies, nature wardens, rage prophets and stalward defenders, in addition of the new iconic characters.

It would contain "less" content, because there would be 1 les class and 2 less PrCs, but still, it would be a good thing to have.

And THEN, we could also get a 3rd Codex with any new class in the works for the Advanced Class Guide.

There's also the possibility for a codex involving some archetypes, although the ISNPCC already has some, and a lot of archetypes are campaign setting material rather than core RPG material.
