So... This may be awkward, but here we go anyways.
My character contracted Zombie Rot a few sessions ago. We also just had an... interesting... experience with a Succubus.
Long story short, Would you guys rule Zombie Rot (and other magical or non-magical diseases) contractable via a very intimate, physical event?
*cough*
Thanks, in advance.

Well, considering that Succubi aren't immune to Disease and Zombie Rot is a disease that is contracted via contact, by RAW it's possible.
By RAI, we can simply say that the Succubus in question had something more in store for the PC than what would've otherwise been (what I assume would be) a pleasant experience, and the poor sap of a PC had no clue what it would've entailed.
Sounds like another day in Vegas, to be quite honest with you.

I'd think that the succubus would be at risk of contracting the disease. With Alter Self she won't look diseased, and with a Con of 20 she can probably act as a carrier for a long while before she's in any real danger. At that point it shouldn't be too much trouble for her to Charm or Dominate somebody into removing the disease.
It sounds like a PC with a 5th level Monk's Purity of Body and some way to counter negative levels could have a heck of a time in your game. Maybe it is time for a PC called Hanzo the Razor (possibly obscure movie reference there)
