Just read thru Reign of Winter, where "current" inhabitants of Golarion travel to early 20th century Earth. I'm curious-is it c 1919 in Golarion, or does time act in a non linear fashion like in Narnia?
Any thing official from Paizo on this?

Earth and Golarion exist in the same universe, where time does not flow in a non-linear fashion. And in Reign of Winter, Baba Yaga's hut is not capable of time travel. So yes, if it's 4714 AR in Golarion, it's 1919 on Earth.

Well, since it's all happening in the same universe, relativity applies. This means that if your GM is a good enough mathematician, it is a TARDIS on legs.
Magic means relativity isn't accurate. "Nothing can transfer information faster than the speed of light" is not compatible with Interplanetary Teleport working instantly.

I don't recall "nothing can transfer information faster than the speed of light" being part of relativity. I do recall "if information can be transferred faster than the speed of light, then time travel is possible' being part of relativity.
Basically, relativity doesn't say that Interplanetary Teleport is impossible; it just says that if it is, it allows time travel as well.
