Was reading the 'Chronicle of the Righteous' today and was really interested in Seramaydiel, Lady of Inspired notes. Her boons are kind of cool (in my opinion).
The first one gives you comprehend languages 3/day,
whispering wind 2/day, or sculpt sound 1/day.
The next two are the ones I want. The second lets you cast Brilliant Inspiration three times a day as if it were silenced. The third one essentially lets you make a Performance check to cast Hold Monster on any enemy within 30 feet that hears you.
Obviously, you could roll a bard, however, I am kind of partial to a sorcerer with the Maestro bloodline.
Any advice, such as possible race/class combinations would be appreciated... or any advice pertaining to make a character that spreads the word of an angelic lord to the illiterate masses through song.

I was looking and a False Priest Sorcerer with the Maestro bloodline seems interesting. From an RP perspective it seems fun, a false priest that actually is something of a priest. I'd get Knowledge (Religion) and perform, which are needed for the Mystery Cultist prestige class. However, False Priest would have me replace Ventriloquism and Hideous Laughter with Aid and Remove Disease, repectively. I'd also lose Perfect Voice's +1 to save DCs on language dependent spells I cast in return for False Channel.
Another route could be to roll an Evangelist and see if I can get Perform (sing) instead of Perform (oratory). Be an Aasimar for the +2 Cha and Wis and buff/summon.
There's also a bard, and maybe a standard/some other sorcerer with a dip in a divine class for Knowledge (religion) and some other goodies.

Might I suggest the "imperious" sorcerer bloodline? They gain acces to a few forms of bardic performance, and make great sorcerous buffers. Might work with the theme you've got. BUT it is limited to humans.
I don't mind going with a human character. I was leaning towards human, half-elf, or aasimar, though I'm open to anything.
Imperious would be nice, however, I intended to go into the Mystery Cultist for early access to Seramaydiel's boons and Imperious doesn't really give you the performances until around lvl 15 (if I'm not mistaken).
I wonder if going with a standard sorcerer (Maestro) and taking a single level in Oracle (Lore) would be a good idea. I'd get all knowledge skills and the celestial language via tongues curse. Grab lore keeper or the sidestep secret revelation.
Edit: Or just Bard/Loracle.

I apologize for the multiple... multi-posts, but I think I have figured out a build for this that would be decent.
Race: Half-Elf
LVL: 1
Class: Sorcerer (Maestro)
God: Seramaydiel
Alignment: NG
Abilities:
CHA 16+2
WIS 10
INT 12
CON 10
DEX 14
STR 8
Feats:
Cosmopolitan (Knowledge (Planes and Religion))
Skill Focus (Use Magic Device)
Skills:
Perform (Sing)
Spellcraft
Knowledge (Religion)
Knowledge (Planes)
I am not entirely sure on the ability scores.
Would only put about 3 points in Planes for the Celestial Obedience feat requirement, and maybe just the 7 in religion for the Mystery Cultist requirement. After the 3 in Planes, start putting points in Use Magic Device.
Cosmopolitan gives the 3 requirements for the prestige class without having to dip into another class.
As for spells, it'll depend on the other PCs. Mostly thinking Enchantments and Buffs.

Cosmopolitan is really not needed. All being a class skill does is give you a +3 bonus. It doesn't affect the ranks you can put into it. Both skills will become class skills when you enter the prc.
lol, I forgot about that. Been messing with a few pnp games and got mixed up. This'll be much easier.
