I am looking for suggestions for statting out a character in my campaign. This is just for my own amusement (and possibly some forshadowing). The character in quest is the child of one my PC's and has been born with dragons blood. Thus he is slowly revealing his half-dragon nature. As of right now he is a three year old half-elf with an odd scale growth and the ability to cast a single cantrip as a spell like ability.
That having been said he has a great destiny that the campaign is building up to and I want to see what we can make him. I am ok with any paizo sourse and even 3PP though I don't have as much access to that.
I would like the character to be a martial/arcane blend. Spontaneous caster is GREATLY prefered, and decent skills as he will be the ruler of the PC's land when he is older.
He will be a half-elf, half dragon template feel free to stat him at whatever level you like just to show off whatever he can do to make him feel like a demigod.
Pretty much that - start with 16 str, 16 cha, dragon bloodline sorcerer into Dragon Disciple. Add half-dragon template for more dragonyness if you really feel that it's needed - it would greatly boost stats for sure.
The problem with that is a prerequisite of dragon disciple is it cannot be taken by dragons and half dragons count as dragons for meeting prerequisite

Angel Aasimar (gives +2 to Str and Cha, LG, Alter Self SLA so you can change yourself into a Lizardfolk (claws, bite, +2 Str and you can colour yourself to look like a dragon)

Aasimar get heritage from anywhere, call yourself a dragon. Dragon Disciple uses a dragon type, pick Silver because they are Paladins anyway (Pathfinder Chronicles Dragons Revisited) and they like shapechanging and all dragons have Sorcerer levels.

You are, for all practical reasons, a Celestial half-Silver Dragon. Temporarily embarrassed by your humanoid default form.
Build it right and it is very powerful too.
There might be a really weak way to do it with a kobold but who cares
Well if you must use the half dragon template - Just go full sorcerer then. Half dragon gives claws a bite and wings anyway.
If you really want to be crazy -
Take racial heritage Aasimar and get the Metallic Wings feat. Yeah some of the feats will be a bit wasted but you'll get wing attacks and with the half dragon template you can afford to burn your feats.
Your part human, part elf, part dragon, part angle will be crazy with all the stuff going through his veins.
