Adding critical modifier to damage?

I swear that I read something along these lines, but cannot find it. Does this exist in a feat or archetype somewhere, or did I perhaps dream it?

there is a trait.

There are actually several traits that do this. One is for orcs and half-orcs only.

also if you use the cards critical deck, instead of pick more cards and select better one, you can add the mult in the damage (house rule btw)
