How close exactly do I have to be to my target to use the Dirty Trick combat maneuver? Do I just need to be in melee range? If I am using a reach weapon, can I therefore use the dirty trick combat maneuver at reach?
Second part question, Suppose I have the Quick Dirty Trick feat, any meaningful difference?

Dirty trick doesn't use a weapon, so usually reach on your weapon is inconsequential but might be suitable for the trick you attempt, the feat requires some GM interaction and interpretation.
Quick Dirty Trick allows you to make a dirty trick maneuver as an attack action as opposed to a standard action, meaning you can still make the remainder of your full attack action on weapon attacks. If it is a standard action you only have the option to take a move equivalent action.
