Ok, so here is the situation.
I am playing a Druid, with very good stats and gear currently.
This is all after gear and being Level 10.
Ali: CN. Race: Ashura Blooded Tiefling
Str: 8
Dex: 22
Con: 14
Int: 12
Wis: 26
Cha: 12
So far other than the Feats of Weapon finesse and Dervish Dance, not real plan for feats.
For Traits I went with Reactionary and whatever the one where it gives you training and +1 on stealth.
Thanks to Storm Druid I have access to the Air and Weather Domains, and spontaneous cast those spells, not summon.
I have given up wild shape for storm based spell like abilities as per the Storm Lord archtype from Super Genius Games.
This game is going to get to level 20.
I have an Artifact Scimitar that gives me the ability to Wild Shape but only 2 times a day and only into elementals as Wild Shape would give me the choice of for my level.
I will not be summoning creatures as a normal strategy, so my questions are...
1. What spells to throw against people with high saves, our enemies are usually about +5 CR ahead.
2. What feats to take that are not involved with wild shape or summoning?
3. I greatly foresee the group trying to kill each other at some point so shutting down people with no save would be great.
4. General wondrus item advice? Other than the basic stat/save/skill bonus items?
Any Advice will be appreciated.

Yikes, +5 CR? I'm playing a storm druid in one of my games now, and when I absolutely positively have to inconvenience something I go with spit venom (3rd level spell). It's a ranged touch attack, but with your dex that shouldn't be an issue. It isn't mind blowingly awesome, but it works against nearly everything.

Our group of 4 has fought
At level 1 - 28 goblins
At level 5 - 250 skeletons/zombies
At level 7 - 3 Moonbeasts

+5 CR? what the hell and your group fighting each other and you gave up wild shape? That's frankly not going to go well for you if you say that the group will turn on each other. Druids don't really any of the no saves spells really but well you do have some crowd control spells:
Fogs, obscuring mist, Entangle, Swarms vs spellcasters, Wind wall vs archers, Wall of thorns, Earthquake, tsunami, Wall of lava, Tar Pool, Polar storm etc...While you don't have to focus on summoning, summons are almost always the best option for caster druids since you don't have many of the high hp damage like the arcane casters.

Wow, well if you're fighting mega encounters like those on a regular basis, ones with
Absurd amounts of enemies, then anything you can get your hands on that does menial damage over a wide area is probably a no-brainer. Stuff like stone call will help tremendously for crowd control and removing dozens of underpowered uglies from the board. 250 skeletons... Cannot... Comprehend... Why?

That is the kind of games we tend to play, you get used to it.

My weapon gives me a slightly lesser form of wild shape, just elementals and fewer times a day but it is good enough considering the duration.
