Does high Int and the Sage bloodline allow access to Eldritch Heritage?

Rules Questions

I am making a PFS character and considering the following:

20 Int
Sage (Wildblooded archetype) Sorcerer as my class (I am hoping to gain access to another bloodline, I already have the Sage one)
7 Cha
Taking the Eldritch Heritage feat chain

Quote:
Bloodline Arcana: Unlike most sorcerers, whose innate magic is powered by force of personality, you use your intellect to understand and master your mystic powers. You use your Intelligence, rather than your Charisma, to determine all class features and effects relating to your sorcerer class, such as bonus spells per day, the maximum spell level you can cast, the save DCs of your spells, and the number of daily uses of your bloodline powers...

Does this allow access to:

Quote:

Eldritch Heritage

Prerequisites: Cha 13, Skill Focus with the class skill of bloodline selected for this feat (see below), character level 3rd.

I am hopeful but doubtful, especially for PFS play. Anyone got input?

I can't see why it would, Eldritch Heritage very specifically says Cha 13 prereq. A fighter with a 13 Cha can take it, a sorcerer with a 7 Cha cannot. It doesn't matter that you use a different stat to modify your casting ability.

No.

The Bloodline Arcana states that Int replaces Cha for "class features and effects relating to your sorcerer class." There is no mention of it changing the prerequisites for feats.

However, a wildblooded sorcerer with the sage modification to the arcane bloodline and 13 Cha can take Eldritch Heritage and use Int in place of Cha when determining daily uses and other factors for the new bloodline power ("You gain the first-level bloodline power for the selected bloodline. For purposes of using that power, treat your sorcerer level as equal to your character level – 2..."). Similarly, a wildblooded sorcerer with the empyreal modification to the celestial bloodline and 13 Cha that takes Eldritch Heritage would use Wis in place of Cha for the new bloodline power.

You cannot take eldritch heritage, sage has no effect on the requirements of feats.

You would probably be fine if you dropped your intelligence to 18 and used the points to increase your charisma to 13.
