Help Finding Ability / Item That Allows You To Disable A Trap Then Take It With You

I clearly remember there being a way to disable a trap then "aquire" the trap, move it somewhere else that you want, then activate it. Sadly I cant seem to find it anywhere in rouge talents or General/Combat feats.

It very well might be an item or spell but searching now i simply cant find it, can anyone help me out with this?
