Hello! One of my players is building an oracle, and wants to take the "lame" curse. During combat, he wants the character to focus on buffing and healing allies. However, he is concerned that he won't be able to move around the battlefield effectively. There are a few ranged buff spells, but it seems like a lot of divine spells are delivered by touch -- including, of course, all cure spells.
I wonder if there is any way for a divine caster to gain access to spectral hand, or an equivalent, so that he can deliver touch spells from a distance? Any thoughts?
Thanks!

Lifelink and Shield Other redirect damage to him, so he'll always be in range of himself ;)
Channel Positive Energy has a 30' radius, so with smart positioning he'll have all the party in range for a vast majority of combats.
Finally, a metamagic rod of reach (or the feat) is always a good option.

There are a couple of good options actually. If your open to what Mystery you want to play, you could take the Nature Mystery, which gives you access to an animal companion mount. If your a small sized race, you can take a wolf or dog, which makes it easier to move around a crowded dungeon.
You could also take the Eldrtich Heritage feat, which gives you the 1st level power of a Sorcerer Bloodline. If you take Arcane, that gives you access to a Familiar, which can deliver touch spells (flying familiars are great for this).

Feat from the Advanced Player's Guide (APG):
Reach Spell (Metamagic)
Your spells go farther than normal.
Benefit: You can alter a spell with a range of touch, close, or medium to increase its range to a higher range category, using the following order: touch, close, medium, and long. A reach spell uses up a spell slot one level higher than the spell's actual level for each increase in range category. For example, a spell with a range of touch increased to long range uses up a spell slot three levels higher. Spells modified by this feat that require melee touch attacks instead require ranged touch attacks.
Spells that do not have a range of touch, close, or medium do not benefit from this feat.
