On average, how long does it take to run a scenario in PFS? I am interested in starting, I have a pretty busy schedule and any time after 8 works for me. Just wondering if they are 4 hours long or 2 hours, I also know it all depends on the people present.

Most scenarios are completable in 4 hours. Some will run closer to 6, and some will finish faster. Yesterday I had a game finish in approximately 2 hours.

3-5 hours depending on group capacity to be ready, and capable, of executing quickly. the higher level scenarios can run much longer given that combat usually progresses much longer. There's also stuff like auditing, new members, etc.

My rule of thumb is to plan for 5 hours (including set up and clean up), but expect to occasionally run to 6, and occasionally finish up quicker.

Pretty much all scenarios are playable in 4 hours or less although that will sometimes mean losing the optional encounter. Some will benefit from longer play times but most will not.

Timing can vary greatly by GM. The more organized and prepared the GM the less time the scenario takes.
