Combat Maneuvers with Natural Weapons

Rules Questions

Could a creature with claw/claw/bite all primary and Improved Unarmed Strike (for the sake of being considered armed) make three combat maneuver checks on a full-attack action?

Yes. You wouldn't even need Improved Unarmed Striked - the natural weapons themselves make you armed.

Rather than Improved Unarmed Strike, you'd probably want to make sure that you have the appropriate Improved [Combat Maneuver] feat(s), since while using your natural attacks without IUS won't provoke AoOs, the three combat maneuvers still will.

No need for IUS as your natural attacks make you armed and proficient. The combat maneuvers will probably provoke though.

It also depends on which Combat Maneuvers you are attempting. For example, you can try to disarm/sunder/trip 3 times, but most other Maneuvers require a Standard Action, so can't be done as part of a full attack.
