Some folks may miss the submission deadline thinking they have a few extra days. The FAQ states "all of the submission deadlines are Fridays," but that's not true, as the first deadline is on Wednesday the 1st.
There may very well be some folks thinking they have until Friday because of the FAQ entry on the subject.
Anyways, just thought I'd mention it, so folks don't miss the deadline.

You are excused for the first year, but RPG Superstar is quite the thing nowadays so it is bewildering when I see it happen.
This is the first year I've seen ads for RPGSS on other websites. I originally heard about it via an offhand remark on the Open Design forums.
I've never seen anything at my FLGS even mentioning RPGSS. My old FLGS where I bought my CRB didn't know it existed, but the PFS chapter that played in another shop in the city did.
I'd still love to see Paizo do a quick, voluntary SurveyMonkey-style anonymous exit poll asking voters and entrants how they found out about RPGSS, what they liked and didn't like about it, some demographics about age/gender/race/location, what PF products they own, etc. Especially with public voting having such an influence, it'd be great to have an idea about who's participating.
Even if Paizo doesn't release the data, I'd expect it'd help with promoting RPGSS better, and possibly even with tweaking the contest in the future.
