(Society) anthro+umd+wand

Anthropormegitise An animal, give it hands and a language,
Hand it a wand, and tell it to (work, maneuver?) idk. I just want to know if its possible because it gives an animal all the things it needs to use a wand

Yes and No. Yes, anything can 'try' to activate a magical item blindly. No, the DC is 25 and most animals do not have a bonus of +5 to Use Magic Device from charisma + ranks.

Wizards with the improved familiar feat commonly give wands to their improved familiars.

Its a UM spell and under aditional resources it says that all spells except for blood transcription and spellblight are legal to play

Deinonychus has 14 charisma. Pteranodon and Quetzalcoatlus have 12 charisma. Not sure if they're PFS legal though.
