It's clearly a fighter/magus (phalanx soldier) who has cast monstrous physique to transform into a calikang. Equipment is obviously a pair of katanas, a naginata, and a suit of O-yoroi.

Probably makes for a monstrous build.

Doesnt monstrous physique "fuse" your weapons to your body? In any case, I'm assuming it's a Kasatha for the moment.

I know NOTHING of builds. I'll leave that to RD since he is a golden god at such things.

No it does not.

When you cast a polymorph spell that changes you into a creature of the animal, dragon, elemental, magical beast, plant, or vermin type, all of your gear melds into your body.

Monstrous humanoid is not on that list.

In any case, I was wondering if the "main" would be naginata, and the others would be "off", but that's questionable at best.

You only ever have one main hand, regardless of how many actual hands you have. It can be any hand you want, even alternating from round to round.

The character in the above image could have his naginata be his main hand weapon one round, then have a katana be a main hand weapon in the next. (You cannot change it during the same round though as you can only ever have one main-hand at a time.)

Or, if you don't want to get the extra attacks(and penalties) you can just make your attacks normally.

11th level fighter 18 Strength: naginata +15, first katana +10, second katana +5.

I think it is a synthesist summoner, likely Tengu race, who chose a samurai looking Eidolon.
