Touch spells with multiple charges and full attacks

Rules Questions

Spells like Frostbite and Chill Touch both have multiple charges. How does this work with iterative attacks? Can I on the round after the spell is cast, chose to full attack with the touches? What about Two Weapon Fighting? Or Rapid Shot using the Reach Spell Feat?

The question of whether you can make iterative touch attacks is a long-standing one that hasn't really been resolved. JJ has gone on record as saying that iterative attacks are the sole province of weapons, but no official FAQ has been posted.

One thing you can do is deliver the charge via iterative unarmed strikes.

Next question then. The Half-orc favored class bonus for the Magus Class is +1/2 damage to fire damage spells.

How is this applies to spells with multiple individual hits, all happening at the same time?

My idea is to use it with Magic Missile modified by Elemental Spell.

Seems like it would buff each missile by half a point per level. Not too shabby. The spell might actually remain useful for a while.

There are three listings for the standard Attack action; Melee, Ranged, and Unarmed. Unarmed includes Unarmed Strike as a default, but also includes a subsection of "armed" unarmed strikes which includes IUS unarmed strikes, natural weapons, and delivery of touch spells. Now Natural Attacks have their own rules (specific trumps general), so this leaves us with Unarmed Strike (normal and improved) and touch spell delivery to follow whatever general rule applies. Since both kinds of Unarmed Strikes can be used iteratively in a full-attack, it stands to reason that delivery of touch attacks also can. Ergo, barring some kind of errata to add a clause prohibiting delivery of touch spells as part of a full-attack, there's implicit allowance in the rules and no prohibitory exception, thus it's allowed.
