Hi Guys,
My question is about what cards need to be in the box at what time. I thought you added the character add-on pack straight away, then added the cards from each adventure pack as you progressed through them. However, I've read somewhere about removing cards from the box by adventure pack 3? Is there a system or guide anywhere that tells you how to organise the cards in the box as you progress? I haven't read anything about this in the rules other than to add the cards as you go along.
Hope you can help,

How does everyone plan on removing cards for different groups, when we get our hands on Adventure Pack 3? Right now I have four different groups of characters that I take through each adventure (three groups of three and a group of two). I'm trying to decide if I'm just going to remove cards from the game as I find them, or try to keep track of which cards were removed by which group, and add them back in/take them out as each group plays. This seems like a lot of work, but I'm not sure how unbalanced things will be, if I play through each Adventure Pack 4 different times, removing cards each time. Anyone have suggestions, or plans to do it a specific way?
Edit: I think the solution may be to remove cards when the first group (or maybe first two groups) plays through, and leave the cards alone for the following groups. That way you don't have to keep track of removed cards for every group, and the box doesn't get unbalanced.

@Polyphemus - I'm planning to keep a list (effectively an extra character sheet) of cards that have been removed from the game. Before playing with any given group I will have to go through and remove the correct cards from the box.
I don't think you can just "remove them if you see them" since you will sometimes remove SOME of the copies of a card... e.g. if there are 3 in circulation but you have removed 2 then there's still one you can legitimately find...
Yes, it's going to be a pain, but that's all we can do.
