My real name on Lon Hayes, you've made it my character name. My character name is Alleron. Can someone explain the character sheet not retaining data?
I'd like to post here as myself. but in the game as alleron. I suppose this it the posting forum for playing so posting as my character is appropriate. Do I have that right?

Hey thanks Chris? I'm really lost here. I was invited but there's no way to join the game. This is my first time but it appears that I'm not allowed to create a 3rd C/L in PF such as a half-dragon human druid. How else does a new player get to join a 3rd to 7th C/L game?

What do you mean join a game?
If you are talking about a play by post, the dm should have provided you a link to the discussion / gameplay threads and you just post using your PFS character in those threads.
Just below the box where you write your text is a "Post as" dropdown. Before you submit your post, pick which alias you want to post as.

This is in regard to not understanding how to proceed. to make changes through the website, and finally to understand how to join a game to which I was invited by customer service. I'm looking to begin playing as a half-dragon human so that my initial character can start in that 3rd to 7th character level game.

Want to treat it as an NPC? I'll take the penalty. My thinking: this is a 1st level character with a +2 CR; perfect for starting in a 3rd level game.
Don't tell me, they don't exist. Then why allow dragonBorn, outsiders, or flyers? It's a character TN(g) sympathizing with the LG nature of it's dragon side. This I'd assume would come in the form of player/DM interaction.
how to I arrange a race boon to make this work?

Lon, this thread is not for getting into a game but instead they were helping you make it so you had the account named the way you wanted. You need to go t a recruiting thread and get into a game run by another player. Customer service does not run games here on the boards.
You would want to look here: http://paizo.com/campaigns for games looking for players. Then you would show them the other profiles that exist for whatever character you wish to play.
Your character sheets (alias profiles under your main account) will take whatever data you input. You need to find a GM or a game that can help you figure out how to make the right kind of entries to reflect a character at a higher CR if they allow it.
