Items or spells that grant Damage Resistance (DR)?

As the subject states, what are items or spells that grant DR from damage? If it must be specified, I am talking about physical damage.

I am aware of the Stoneskin spell, but not any other method.

Iron Skin does this, I think, or maybe it is Stone Skin.

Iron Body
Gaseous Form
Righteous Might
Protection from Arrows (range attacks only)
Elemental Body IV
From of the Dragon II and III
Plant Shape III (possibly)
Statue (well not quite, you gain Hardness)
Shapechange (when it mimics any of the above polymorphing spells)
Any Armor made from Adamantine
