Good morning,
I want to make sure I read this correctly, before I decide this feat is a "no brainer"
Archaeologist's luck states:Archaeologist's luck is treated as bardic performance for the purposes of feats, abilities, effects, and the like that affect bardic performance.
So lingering performance should work, right? Kind of makes it an automatic choice since the number of rounds doesn't increase by level, unlike bardic performance.
What are other good spells/feats to complement this luck bonus?

Yes, it works. Also yes, it is a no brainer. Flipping it on and off can be annoying if you also plan to use Arcane Strike, but it is a small price to pay for triple rounds.
As for complements, the most obvious is the trait "Fate's Favoured" (+1 to all luck bonuses). Also worth recommending is taking a race that can add performance rounds as a Favored Class bonus, so you can keep Luck running even more.
Finally, you might want to look at using the house rule proposed by the author of making it Cha + 1 round/level rather than 4 + Cha rounds, which brings it much more in line with other options.

@Mort Ack, missed that trait. Took criminal (for the DD/class skill) and the Varasian tattoo (for the tattoo and ha'la'thal flavor I was going for with my Sczarni faction). Since I played him at Serenity, he's locked at 2nd level. Well, Lingering at 3rd and extra traits at 5th it is. :-)
@strayshift Well it is for PFS, but I'll remember that if I play an archeologist in a home game (I miss home games)
