Building a Dread Wraith

Rules Questions

Ok... So I want to give my players the joy of fighting a dread wraith but im experiencing difficulties. There is no statblock. However there are instructions of how to do it!
It becomes Large, it does 2d6 negative dmg and 1d8 Con drain(instead of 1d6 and 1d6) aaaaand(the tricky part) you can built it by either applying the giant and advanced simple templates OR make it 16HD undead.

Well the second option is out of the question, it becomes too powerfull. Im looking into the first...

I can apply the advanced template, the natural armor is converted to deflection, all stats goes up by 4 and its ok.
What I cant do is find the correct way for the giant template. It gives 4 STR and 4 CON and -2 DEX. The problem is that the incorporeal undead has neither STR or CON. Now... Im pretty sure that extra CON is converted to extra CHA(as undead get hitpoints from CHA).
The question is about the extra STR and the -2 DEX. The wraith as it has no STR, it hits using DEX. Now, will I convert the +4 STR to +4 DEX as it seems logical or not? And if I do, the -2 DEX will continue to apply?(the fact that uses its DEX naturally to hit maybe makes it not to lose DEX as it becomes bigger)

EDIT: Huh, that's interesting...HL doesn't list the touch attack in the Offense section. I'll have to let HL know about that.

The dread wraith statblock says hi.

Well, I looked into the Jade Regent 5(Tide of Honor) where some dread wraiths are encountered and it says:

Advanced giant wraith (Pathfinder RPG Bestiary 281, 294, 295)
hp 67 each

67 Hit points. Given that it has 5HD that means that CHA goes up by 4 modifiers, or 8 points of score(4*5=20). So either the author did something wrong or the Hero Lab got it wrong.
But... If applying the giant template gives only negatives to the wraith, why even give it to the enchanced version of it?(-2 AC from size and Dex and from dex -1 to hit)
