Seems you could make yourself a thrice daily wish/miracle artifact (cheesy, but just curious). Requires taking intelligent item and spellcasting 4 times? 18 points needed to for 'double spell level', and then can cast 3 times daily with no components. yes no?

Isn't it double the points? So you could do 2nd lvl spells 3/day, but yea, I see your point.
Err, yes right, dunno why I was thinking triple, heh. Still. Seems not quite that legendary for that particular ability.
