Stacking AC bonuses on an Eidolon

Rules Questions

I have encountered some confusion/disagreement in my current game about stacking AC buffs on my Summoner’s Eidolon. Below, I lay out my argument based on my understanding of the stacking rules.

Level 3 Eidolon Biped Total AC: 10 + 1 (Dex bonus: no type) + 2 (base Eidolon AC at level 3: natural armor type) + 2 (Improved Natural Armor (EX) Evolution: natural armor type) = 15 AC

So, if I wanted to use Mage Armor, Shield, and Barkskin on the Eidolon, the AC buffs would break down something like this:

• Mage Armor: +4 armor bonus to AC

• Shield (spell): +4 shield bonus to AC

• Barkskin: +2 enhancement bonus to existing natural armor bonus.

The way I understand stacking bonuses, these should all stack because they are each a different type of bonus.

Final AC: 15 + 4 armor type + 4 shield type + 2 enhancement to natural armor = 25 AC

Is this correct?

You are correct.

Yup, right on the money.

Cool, thanks
