Should, yeah. Anything that explicitly increases your caster level for the casting of this spell would modify it in all appropriate ways as though you where a higher caster level. All caster level determined variables would be effected.
If the check is CL+stat, and you increased your CL with a feat, by leveling, with a magic item etc, then... you would have a higher caster level for that roll too.
