Hi guys, i'm going to run a campaign that will use a lot of fey, and would like to ask your help on how to roleplay their hierarchy/ecology, and how to use them effectively as antagonists. I'm also gonna use azatas and guardinals as feys in my world, so if anyone ever did that, your insights would be much appreciated. thanks.

Well, a good place to start organizing Fey is for them to have a cyclical court system, such as a court based on the 4 seasons, with each faction taking control at various equinoxes and solstices. Above the courts of the 4 seasons, there should be 2 rulers, one male and one female, each governing an opposing concept (Sun&Moon, Fire&Ice, Life&Death, ect.,), whose positions are much more constant than the seasonal courts and who have almost god-like power. Organizing the Fey like a Medieval court is thematically sound and gives a familiar, yet alien feel to them.
As for antagonists, they need not be straight foes. They could be more passive with the troubles they cause. Example, one Fey decides on a whim it wants to create a musical masterpiece and decides to capture the screams of innocents to form a choir of fear. So, it torments victims, then steal their voices, locking them in tiny golden birdcages. It just happens to kidnap an important diplomat and steal his voice days before an important peace-talk with a warring nation. To prevent the war from continuing, PCs must track down the Fey and force it to return the diplomat's voice. After doing so, PC's must decide how they want to handle the Fey.
There's also a cool fluff-book out by Paizo dealing with different types of fey, their ecologies, ect., that could help you with these ideas.
You can PM me if there is some specific facet of Fey society you would like help figuring out.
