I'm not sure that there are mechanics for this maneuver, or at least I'm not finding anything that reads like it.....
Only way I can think of to explain it is with some examples....
Example 1: Say you have several adjacent foe's with...let's say daggers, you are unarmed.
As one of your foes thrusts with his weapon, you take hold of his wrist or forearm, and guide his shot into one of his allies instead of you.
Example 2: Almost the same scene...but say you have an adjacent foe trying to aim a cross bow (or gun) at you...you grab his arm as he fires and redirect his shot at one of his allies in range...
Can anyone recall seeing anything that would allow this kind of maneuver ?

The sounds like a job for the flowing monk. Take a look at his elusive target ability.
If you dont mind the feat tax of combat expertise and the fact that you have to wait till 13, Elusive redirection can let you have even more fun with the ability.

That certainly reads as what I'm looking for.....
Unfortunately...It's for a Lorewarden :(Didn't really want to go monk....

You might get some of it through the Deflect Arrows feat tree. I think the capstone, although it might have been non-OGL, was a Redirect Arrows feat that let you change the target for the first arrow shot at you in a round.
Some of it can also be modeled by the Improved Disarm chain, since you can, if empty handed, disarm the dagger and take it yourself. No immediate follow-up attack at another target, though.
