Hello, i am use the SCOreForge Pathfinder program, and i came across an issue that when you select the Draconic(Linnorm) Sorcerer bloodline option, Dragon Disciple does no get highlighted as meeting the prerequisites. I am using 6.9.0.0; 6.14.0.0 the latest has some issues i have a problem with so i use this version, it is was my first download of the program.
back to the issue, so is or is not the Linnorm bloodline a valid Dragon Disciple qualification?
Basically is this a rules issue or a program issue?
This is sort of a "gray" area that some people disagree on. The programmers are probably just using the most conservative interpretation as the most "safe" position.
Pro: In order to take Wildblooded (Linnorm) you must have selected the Draconic bloodline. Thus, you still have the Draconic bloodline for pre-reqs like Dragon Disciple.
Pro: Many people look at Wildblooded as "subdomains" of the parent bloodline. Since subdomains are still considered the parent domain, the Wildblooded bloodline should still be considered the parent bloodline.
Anti: The pre-requisite is Draconic bloodline. A Wildblooded bloodline is not the Draconic bloodline, even if it is the Wildblooded bloodline that corresponds to Draconic.
I personally feel the rules support 1 and my outlook supports 2 in general.
ok i can see that, just downloaded the latest version and it still doesn't identify it as a prerequisite. So i will just let it be then. Hope this will get officially addressed so a clear definitive ruling is made.

I did not know about this issue, but I'll have it corrected in version 6.20 (next update). Also you can just ignore the highlight and take the level anyway.
