Does this count towards the overall magical enhancement?
example:
+1 seeking comp longbow is valued at a +2 weapon
if i add the adaptive enchantment to it... would it then be valued at a +3 weapon or... is it just a +2 value with an additional 1000gp tacked on?
A weapon enhancement that has a gold piece value listed instead of an equivalent enhancement bonus does not count toward the enhancements on the weapon. It just costs the listed amount to add the enhancement.
So, it's valued as a +2 weapon plus the cost of the adaptive enhancement.
