Polymorph question

Rules Questions

Is there any spell in the game that can transform someone into another specific person? The polymorph section on the core states that unless stated otherwise you cant turn people into other specific people, just generics. Unfortunately I haven't found a spell illusion or polymorph that allows this. Am I missing something or is it just illegal?

bump?

Duplicating the appearance of another person is the purview of the disguise skill, but can be greatly enhanced by the disguise self spell.

So that's a no?

A Kitsune with the "Realistic Likeness" feat can precisely mimic the physical features of any individual she has encountered when she shape-shifts.

However, she doesn't transform into that specific person, she's still herself, so the effect is a +10 circumstance bonus on Disguise checks made to fool others with her impersonation.

That doesn't really help, but thanks. I guess that polymorph any object doesn't work?

Nope... there is no real way to do this with a polymorph spell. There are some effects that can work, but you basically need an illusion spell or a disguise check.

Kitsunes' Realistic Likeness feat is pretty much the same as the Disguise Self spell, granting a +10 on disguise checks (though the spell also has a Will save since it is a Glammer).

Just for the sake of completeness: A doppelganger can also change its appearance to that of a specific individual, due to its "perfect copy" ability.

Ironically, the school that is all about transforming things is the least capable of making you look like a specific person.

Among others, there is disguise self from the illusion school and magic jar from the necromancy school, both of which let you don the appearance of specific individuals.
