Ways to get Blindsight?

I was trying to work on a method where a boss grants his minions (that face the party) blindsight.

The options for blindsight appear to be limited for a baseline humanoid (class leveling) race. Which is not surprising of course.

This would be low to mid-level.

Is there a spell or other feature that could accomplish this? There's the oracle ability of course but that doesn't kick in until 15th level.

I suppose it may be workable with blindsense instead.

I suppose I could just run a mob of Dark Creepers...but really wanted to use goblins or such. Maybe just re-skin them...nm they only see in darkness anyway...not blindsight...*grumble*

The easiest is the "echolocation" spell; it's a 4th level spell, but it only has a range of "personal". It's the easiest option. Being a fairly high level power, there arent a lot of ways of giving blindsight.
