Questions to rulings in Pathfinder

Hello,

I have two questions about some rulings in Pathfinder, since I didn't find something specific in the core book or online.

The first thing would be:
Familiars from level 5 onwards can cast touch spells. Does that allow apply to ranged touch?

The second thing would be:
Can I use metamagic feats on a wand?
For example having a magic missle wand and casting it with intensified spell.
The only thing I found about this, was a wand guide for DnD.

The answer to your question about metamagic feat use and devices is very, very clearly spelled out on page 113 of Core.

The definition of "touch" as regards to spells is on page 213.
