It could be one of many things that caused it to be deleted. It could have been off of the topic and not relevant to the conversation. It could have been against their terms of service for the site or one of several other things. The best thing to do though is to email them directly instead of posting here and expecting them to answer.
I wish you luck... but doing this in public is NOT the way to handle this ok? :)

I think it's webmaster@paizo.com (not 100% sure though).
Having said that, this is the appropriate forum for such discussion, so I'm sure someone will be along to clarify. (Though it might wait until Monday, I guess).
Often, when a post which is deleted that the poster can't understand why, it's because it was made in response to another, objectionable post that was deleted. The paizo policy is to delete posts which violate the forum standards and also any posts which respond to that (even if the subsequent posts are not quoting the objectionable part).

I made a post in the Bestiary 4 thread but it got deleted. What'd I do?
If this isn't the right place to ask then please let me know where. Also, let me know if you need more information, I'm keeping it light here to avoid causing more problems.
It's possible your post contained a quote from a post that they removed. That's the most common cause I've seen of people wondering why their post was deleted.
