Updating your books with errata

Pathfinder First Edition General Discussion

Im getting ready to update my core rulebook from the 5th printing to the 6th, and im kind of at a loss for how to do it.

I considered printing out the updated sections and scotch taping them over the old (with a single piece of tape at the top of the update).

What do you guys do?

Thanks in advance.

I used to care, but now writing in the book is less of a thing for me. That said, my more tongue-in-cheek reply is you could use these to make the edits stand out a little. They have great reviews.

In more seriousness:
- Get flow-tip pin that doesn't have a thick or highly penetrating ink and write in the book.
- Sticky notes applied neatly.
- Write a notation near the affected area, such as (1) or (2) and at the end of the book include an acid-free paper card which lists the change.
- As previous, but print out the errata and include in a binder.
- Use the online PRD.
