Yes, when you get to the appropriate level, they are automatically added to your list of spells known.

you automatically learn them at the listed level, and they do not count against your number of spells known. that is, provided you're leveling as an oracle and not a PrC that raises your spellcasting level- those only effect spells known and spells per day, they do not increase or grant new abilities from your mystery which is what those bonus spells known are.
