Scaled Disciple lets a Kobald Oracle into Dragon Disciple and adds
the bonus spells gained from the blood of dragons ability to those you can cast as divine spells. The Kobald's FCB for Oracle is
Add +1/4 to the armor or natural armor bonus granted by oracle spells she casts on herself.
The first spell granted by blood of dragons is Mage Armour. Would it be considered an Oracle spell in this case?
I'm somewhat interested in the FCB, but there are very few spells that grant an armour bonus or a natural armour bonus. (Arguably, this FCB wouldn't even work with Barkskin as that's an enhancement bonus to natural armour bonus, rather than a natural armour bonus.) As far as I can see, there are only four Oracle spells that this would apply to: Divine Vessel or Frightful Aspect for a natural armour bonus and Ironbeard and Instant Armour for an armour bonus (and Instant Armour doesn't explicitly grant an armour bonus, it creates force armour that has the normal armour bonus of the armour type).

My logic on this would be that, you only have Oracle levels, and you can cast divine mage armor. Therefor, Divine Mage Armor would be added to you spell list. Thus the favored class bonus applies. However, RAW (and pure RAW), this doesn't work because Mage Armor is technically not on the cleric/oracle spell list. However, since this feat is (sadly) illegal in PFS, you GM will probably let this work.
As to barkskin, its an enhancement bonus to your natural armor, which means it increases your natural armor, thus being a natural armor and enhancement bonus, according to my logic. I would presume this applies to RAI as well, but not (necessarily) RAW. Still probably will be allowed by sensible and experienced GMs.

it seems like the FCB would apply to barkskin. be silly if it didn't.
and yeah, if it gives you mage armor, you'd add it to your spell list. and it would exist on your class list, if you wanted to use a wand or something. there's lots of cases of spells being granted cross list.
some sorcerers get divine spells as part of their arcane spell list. Celestial blood gives Bless as its first bonus spell. its only fair if the opposite is true too. Heavenly oracle revelation gives Color Spray as a bonus spell, that's not typically divine.
of course, the blood of dragons ability ( counting your dragon disciple levels as though they were sorcerer bloodline levels ), wouldn't kick in until around 7th level, right?
you gain blood of dragons at dragon disciple 1, at dragon disciple 2 you're eligible for your first bonus spell from the bloodline, since you don't have a draconic sorcerer bloodline before that ( like a bard taking dragon disciple ) its nice though that at 8th level, you'd get a +6 armor bonus from mage armor.
edit: noticed this on the pfsrd: http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/arg-feats/scaled-disciple
in case you need the actual list, if you want to incorporate the author's intended change to which spells get the bonus to caster level.

Well, that spell list is what gets the +1 CL from Scaled Disciple.
But Scaled Disciple also lets Oracle (or Inquisitor) qualify for Dragon Disciple, and adds Draconic bloodline bonus spells to your spell list for the divine casting class.
The Oracle FCB is what makes Mage Armor better, not the CL bump from Scaled Disciple.
Just trying to be clear.
And yeah, I agree that Barkskin (and Instant Armor) would be improved by the FCB as well.
This could end up with a pretty good AC. Assuming a build like Oracle 12/Dragon Disicple 8
+6 Natural Armor (Kobold, Bloodline, Dragon Disciple), +8 enhancement to Natural Armor, +11 armor, +1 size, +2 Dex
is a 38 AC with only 2 spells and no magic items. Not bad.

the list of Scalykind spells not dragon domain spells ( author's error ) is what is supposed to get the +1 CL.
the draconic bloodline / bonus spells, is from taking Dragon Disciple, not from taking Scaled Disciple. Scaled Disciple just clarifies that you get that bloodline's bonus spells. your total effective-sorcerer-level for that bloodline is just your levels in Dragon Disciple though afaik
