What would be the UMD check of someone trying to wand Strong Jaw on their self?

For future reference, is there any sort of formula for knowing? Or a list of where these values could be?

As far as I know, all wand UMD checks are DC20. It's flat. No change for spell level or anything.

Yup. It's a wand, so (assuming you're not a druid or ranger) the check is DC 20.

Note that if you don't know the command word for the wand, you'll have to make a separate Use Magic Device check at DC 25 to Activate Blindly, with a +2 bonus if you've managed to activate the same wand before.
