What is the source for Blood Magus? All I know of is a prestige class from Complete Arcane, which is not a Pathfinder RPG product. If you're using that 3.5 prestige class, then their various melee touch attack abilities are not spells and thus don't qualify for delivery via the magus's spellstrike nor activation via the magus's spell combat. But you're already housing by that point, so ask your GM.

Okay, if you're asking what I think you're asking:
We'll take a level 2 magus who has both spell combat and spell strike.
The magus opens up the round announcing he will use spell combat. He chooses to cast his spell before his attacks. So he casts a spell and that spell is shocking grasp.
The casting of shocking grasp allows a touch attack, which triggers spell strike. The magus uses spell strike (and his weapon) to deliver the attack. This requires one to hit roll against the target's AC, and if it hits then the target suffers both weapon damage and spell damage.
Spell strike is now finished. However, the magus still gets to make his normal attack for the round and rolls another to hit roll. If he has missed on his spell strike attack roll, he can use his normal attack to deliver his spell.
