Yes, there is a way. The variant casting system words of power ( http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic/variant-magic-rules/words-of-power ) allows combining multiple magical effects, and all their descriptors into a single spell. Downside is: 1: it is words of power; 2: you don't get a real dispel magic effect till 5th level spells. Of course, there is the suppress effect which suppresses a magical effect for 1 minute per level as a 2nd level spell, 3rd level if you want to effect effects on enemies. Adding another effect to get descriptors would mean increasing the spell level by at least 1. Not a nice way to have to do things for a mere +1 caster level.

If you're that hell-bent on it, you can (with your GM's permission) research a new spell. Something like:
Dispel Magic, Jolting
School abjuration [electricity]; Level bard 4, cleric 4, druid 5, paladin 4, sorcerer/wizard 4
Components V, S, M (iron rod)
Saving Throw Reflex partial; see textThis spell functions like dispel magic, except that the target also takes 1d6 points of electricity damage per two caster levels (maximum 10d6). A successful Reflex save halves the damage. Even if the Reflex save is successful, the dispelling effect still takes place.
This spell would cost between 4,000-5,000 gp to research, and take about a week. It would also involve a number of Spellcraft and Knowledge (arcana) checks. If you do this, and your GM will allow you to, be up front as to why you want to create this spell (in order to apply a +1 caster level to the effect).

I'm talking about for rules that are in the book (or a book somewhere)
I'm pretty sure the answer is there isn't an option, but I always like to ask the forums because some of the folks have seen little bits and it sticks with em later for questions like this.
Making a custom spell is certainly an option, but not what I'm looking for.
