Cleric domain and prestige classes

I know what if I take levels in a prestige class it doesn't add to my cleric level for my domain abilities. But do I get domain slots and spells if the prestige class ups my caster level?

Yes, because your domain spells are explicitly noted on the spell progression table as a +1 at every level of spell. Therefore, advancing your caster level will grant you that domain spell slot.

It's important to note that not all prestige classes grant +1 caster level for each level of it. So watch out for that.
