DR that is alignment based can be bypassed in three ways
1) any magic weapon with an enhancement bonus of +5 will bypass alignment based DR
2) the natural attacks of any creature with the "evil" subtype can bypass DR/Evil (note that this must be the subtype not just an alignment)
3) any weapon that has been specifically aligned via a spell such as 'align weapon' or any weapon with the appropriate alignment based enchantment... in this case an unholy weapon.
Besides Unholy and Align Weapon, other ways to get an evil-aligned weapon are a negatively-charged Greyflame weapon, any weapon wielded by a Marilith, or any weapon wielded by a 6th level inquisitor using the smiting Judgement.
