Looking for a trait

I seam to remember a trait that lets you get a second favored class, but I can't find it.

Am I insane or could someone point me to where i can find it, and it's name?

Half-Elves have a RACIAL trait (NOT a race trait !) that does that.

But you can't get it with your two character traits, you have to BE a half-elf.

There is a feat I believe, available for half-elves: Multitalented mastery. No trait as far a I know.
