Solid Snake?

Just curious how would you build him? Ocelot is pretty much a pure bred gunslinger, but Snake is a different story. CQC is in the vein of a monk (maybe Martial Artist archetype, but I think he would fall under LN so normal Monk and monk archetypes could apply.), but the willingness to use guns, would mean gunslinger needs, and the stealth would be ninja or rouge at least.

Just the concept alone of sneaking up and quietly breaking someone's neck, (or knocking them unconscious if your being nice.) is in of itself interesting...

Oh boy.

I know there are a handful of feats that deal with damaging grapples, but good luck making enough alchemical chaff grenades to fight off those Numerian Metal Gear RAYs.

He would have an awesome amount of ranks in disguise, as well as a masterwork item to further boost it. This item would be a cubic object made of a mystical material called "cardboard".

A Maneuver Master Monk focused on Grappling could be fun, or a Tetori if you don't mind some of the more mystical qualities of it. Stunning Pin, Chokehold and Neckbreaker are probably most thematic here. The stealth wouldn't need to be multiclassed at all, just put ranks in it every level, have a good dex and maybe buy an item or two that helps it, and Skill Focus if you want the extra oomph.

The gun part would be harder, though since you're not looking to flurry with a weapon then a level (or 5) of Gunslinger wouldn't be hugely detrimental.

I think I would start with Ninja as a base class ... at lvl 20 he can greater invis which is basically just the stealth suit.

He should definitely have the vanishing trick, unarmed combat, and fast stealth feats for his early talents plus combat trick most likely

Grab the sword and pistol feat along with exotic proficiency firearms so you can use a Pistol

he will also need all the TWF feats for maximum beatings.

For subduing enemies siliently he is going to need all the grapple feats and the Strangler feat.

For master tricks he needs invisible blade, unarmed combat mastery, evasion, Offensive Defense (rogue trick), and improved evasion

So, he will need a decent strength and a great dex and a decent Con bonus.

So feats
Human - EWP - Pistol
1st - TWF
2nd - Imp Unarmed (from ninja)
3rd - Imp Grapple
4th - Weapon Finesse (From combat trick)
5th - Strangler
6th - Rapid Reload (Pistol)
7th - Agile Maneuvers
8th - Offensive Defense
9th - Greater Grapple
10th - Invisible Blade
11th - Improved TWF
12th - Unarmed Combat Mastery

SO that only takes it to level 12, but lets say as a human (20 point buy... three bumps to dex)
Str 12
Dex 20
Con 14
Int 10
Wis 10
Cha 14

Assume that he has a +4 belt of dex, a +2 AoMF and a suit of +2 Shadow Brawling Studded Leather Armor

Armor Class (+7 dex, +4 armor)
AC = 21, (27 when offensive defense is up) AC should be okay since you will be trying to stay invisible as long as possible.

Okay, so his basic attacks with TWF and unarmed strikes
(+7 dex, +9BAB, +2 AoMF, +2 brawling armor, -2 TWF)
+18/+18/+13/+13
Unarmed Damage: 1d10+5
While using Invisible Blade:
+20/+20/+15/+15
Unarmed Damage: 1d10+6d6+5 (+6 additional if nonlethal)

Grappling
(+7 Dex, +9 BAB, +2 brawling armor, +4 feats)
CMB +22
1st Grapple = Grab Target
2nd Grapple Deal Damage = 1d10+5
Swift action to activate Strangler for 6d6 damage

Otherwise, attempt to Pin the target to get full SA dmg on each attack.
You could also forgo strangler to instead get Rapid Grappler and just go for the pin every time.
