Alchemist: Tumor Familiar, Touch spells, and cure light wounds.

Would an alchemist who has a tumor familiar be able to use it to deliver a cure light wounds (its deliver touch spell ability)?

Would it require an infusion still to work?

As a rule I would say no, unless the Second Level Alchemist Formulae Touch Injection is used.
