Alternate Racial Trait for Dwarves & Cleave

Hello.

At character creation, can I choose the alternate racial trait 'Giant Hunter' or is that outside PFS rules?

Also, if I take the feat Bloody Assault does it stack with Cleave? Like can I activate Bloody Assault...hit...and then Cleave and the second hit result in the same bleed damage?

Re your second question, the answer is yes, since the Bloody Assault applies to all your melee weapon attacks until your next turn, and the Cleave attack qualifies. You take the -5 on the attack roll on the Cleave attack roll too, though.
