Playing age of worms using the Pathfinder system but keeping it in Greyhawk, what do I have to be aware of?

Conversions

So say I wanted to run Age of Worms in Pathfinder system, but with the setting being Greyhawk (basically unchanged from the module). What would I have to be aware of?

How would the CR of creatures convert between the two? I understand Pathfinder PCs are a bit beefier, so drop the CR of AoW encounters by 1 maybe? Or are there actual rules about this?

The statblocks of the adventure seem reasonable serviceable, but no values for CMB/CMD, I can probably look it up or estimate that on the fly, but are there any other statblock perils that I need to look out for?

Is there anything else I am not considering? Presumably clerical turning is quite different and this might make a difference in the undead heavy AoW campaign...

If you are looking for statblocks, you can check out the conversion document I did when running it:

Send me a PM and I'll email it to you.

I'd also look at this guide to creating challenging encounters by Alexander Augunas. It helps a lot when judging Challenge Ratings.

Dude, AoW is a meat-grinder. It makes all the current Paizo APs look like expeditions to Candyland in comparison. Parties of tricked-out, well-optimized PCs get wiped out if you run some of the encounters as written. I suspect that the Dunegon magazine fanbase was vastly more tactically-oriented than the core Paizo fanbase, because the magazine APs are vastly more difficult than the PF ones -- it's as if Paizo dumbed down the difficulty levels to accommodate a shift in the subscriber base.

If you compare some of the monster stats (see the Ebon Aspect from Three Faces of Evil as an egregious example) to the table of stats by CR in the Pathfinder Bestiary, you'll find that a lot of the monsters should be several CRs above what they're listed in the module as.

What I did was actually convert the boss monsters. Then when I had time I would convert the tougher, but not boss monsters. The filler fights I did not change much at all, or I did it on the fly. I also did not convert the monsters to match a PF CR. I tried to keep them at their difficulty level as they would be in 3.5 to keep the intensity up. Yeah PC's died. :)
