are there any legal classes that allow you to useint for your ac as well?

Pathfinder Society

Granted it was the first ninja class I came across but it had this feature so I built a character around having a high int score but then I figured that the class wasn't the official ninja class so if there is any other class I could use to do that so don't have to rethink my whole guy that would be nice to know thx

Magus Kensai and Kapenia Dancer archetypes.

Grand Lodge

Duellist, Kensai Magus. Both involve sacrificing the use of armor.

Also, in addition to the Kensai's always-on bonus, all Magi (including Kensai) have access to at least two arcanas (Spell Shield, Prescient Defense) that let them add additional Int bonus to armor in one way or another.

Student of War, from seeker of secrets.

I know you said legal, but if your GM allows 3.5 material a monk with the feat Kung Fu Genius would get Int to AC.

This shouldn't have been moved to Advice; the question was about PFS-legal classes.

It's just legal in general

No, it's PFS-legal, because it was originally posted in the PFS forum by someone who has recently been asking about PFS legality. Also, outside of PFS, "legal" is "whatever your GM says it is," so it's a pointless distinction to ask about.
