Which summoned monsters 1,2,3 understand language?

Which monsters summoned from the level 1,2 and 3 spells understand language and which languages are they?

If summoning as Good...

Summon Monster I has only animals, which with the Celestial template means their INT is 3, but no languages given. If your GM is a stickler I hope your CHA is high for the Handle Animal skill.

Summon Monster II has the Small elementals, which only speak the subtype languages (Auran, Terran, Ignan, Aquan).

At Summon Monster III, a Lantern Archon has truespeech, which means it understands all languages.

Summon Monster IV has Hound Archons with Common, Celestial, and truespeech. It also has Mephits, but like elementals, they may only speak the subtype languages.

My Sorcerer is probably going to get Elemental Speech (Sor/Wiz2) (APG) at Level 9 because spending a Linguistics point every level for another subtype language is getting expensive. Share Language (Sor/Wiz2) (APG)is 24 hours, too long for summoned creatures, Comprehend Languages (Sor/Wiz1) does not give two-way communication, and Tongues (bard 2, cleric 4, sorcerer/wizard 3) is a touch and expensive.

Just want to point out that the celestial template does not increase its intelligence. That was in 3.5 but pathfinder got rod of it, celestial creatures have the same INT.
