Oracle with Full Plate and Lame Curse, 10ft speed?

I was looking at the two and wondered if they interacted that way. Lame says you aren't slowed by being encumbered so I'm just curious if you can be reduced to 10 speed.

This is for a human oracle wearing heavy armor.

Well, you start with 30' base, -10 for Lame = 20

On the Armor chart, 20' base speed in Heavy Armor moves 15'. Speed reduction for armor is separate from speed reduction for encumbrance.

Could you be slowed further, sure. Entangle, difficult terrain, etc. still affects your speed.

Don't forget your speed will increase back to 20 at level 10, due to gaining the ability to ignore armor speed reductions.
